30 Months Open Now, the number of open months in which you can enter transactions has doubled from 15 to 30. Enter and modify transactions fora full 2.5 years.
New Cash Flow Report Use the new Cash Flow Report to identify sources and uses of cash according to FASB No. 95. You will be able to see the net increase or decrease in each account so you can see the change in your business' financial position over the selected period.
New Financial Snapshot Report Quickly get a "Financial Snapshot" of your business' current cash, receivables, payables, and many financial ratios.
MICR Encoded Cheque Printing
  • Setup your bank information and routing number in MultiLedger and you can print on blank cheque paper.
  • Great for accountants and bookkeepers. Now you can forget about stocking pre-printed cheques for each client.
  • Print Deposit Slips Avoid errors by printing deposit slips with your bank information and routing number directly from MultiLedger. Prints on 8.5 by 11 sheets with detachable bank deposit ticket. Order blank sheets from CheckMark.
    Manage Chart of Accounts The new Renumber Accounts feature is invaluable if you need to transfer account balances to another account with the option to delete the old account. All transaction activity is automatically transferred to the new account.
    Manage Customer, Vendor, and Item Lists with Codes The code field has been separated from the Name field on the Customer, Vendor and Item setup. This gives you more space in the Name field and will enable you to sort by either the name field or the code field.
    New Inventory Features
  • When an Item Purchase is created, it will automatically fill-in the Reorder Quantity.
  • When a Quote is created, MultiLedger will warn you if the quantity you entered exceeds the quantity on hand.
  • Mark an item as inactive and as long as there is no activity for that item when you close the year, it will be deleted.
  • Options to include "non-inventory" items and items with zero quantities on your reports.
  • "Reuse" Adjust Inventory journals. This is great if you need to build inventory on a regular basis.
  • Printing Features
  • Option to print the date and time at the bottom of the income statement and balance sheet reports.
  • Cheques created in Vendor Payments now list more invoices on the Cheque Stub.
  • Option to sort and print Transaction Journals by date or document.
  • If invoices or statements are multiple pages, it will print a page number on each page.
  • Option to include the currency symbol in the total field for invoices and statements.
  • Option to set a page break and print report for one salesperson per page.
  • New print preview feature is now available on Windows.
  • Formatting features
  • Print cheques with the "Vendor Name" and "Vendor Address" in a separate location.
  • You can copy printing formats for cheques, invoices, and statements from one MultiLedger company to another.
  • Transactions Features
  • Option to tax shipping when creating a Customer Invoice.
  • View the details of an invoice or payable in Customer Payments or Vendor Payments with the click of a button.
  • When modifying multiple transactions or creating recurring entries, you can skip a transaction without cancelling the entire list.
  • Setup a default sales account for a customer that will come up automatically when that customer is selected in the Sales Journal.
  • Other Great Features in MultiLedger 7.0
  • Export city, state and zip code for Customers and Vendors as separate fields instead of one field.
  • Setup email addresses and websites for customers and vendors. Then simply click a button to create an email or access a website.
  • Setup a short name (to be used for data entry) and a long name (to show on reports) for a salesperson.
  • Enter up to four digits after the decimal for a Sales Tax rate.
  • New User Interface: Dynamically resize windows to show larger lists of items.
  • Multiledger 7.0 is an upgrade to all previous versions.
